Got a warm welcome from the host on New Year's eve with some nice refreshments. Free parking was also provided. The room was neat and clean with basic amenities. The shared terrace was a good place to relax with comfortable seating arrangements.
The location was not easy to find, and the street was steep and slippery. No clear signs were provided on the street which made it challenging to navigate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Dubrovnik. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, treating me like family from the moment I arrived. They even greeted me with a refreshing lemonade and delicious cake. The owner, who is a local, provided valuable advice about exploring the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great bed and a perfect little kitchen. I loved having access to the shared terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located, with both a bus stop and a bakery nearby. I found it easy to explore the city by either walking or taking a short bus ride from the hotel.
Everything was perfect, no negatives to mention!

The accommodation is situated in a calm neighborhood with convenient transport options to the city center. It boasts clean and organized rooms and a well-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. the warm and pleasant staff provide helpful information and delightful refreshments.
The misleading representation of the property's amenities is disappointing and left guests feeling cheated.

Guest House Kuna exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable, especially considering the amenities and services provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean, and the shared terrace and kitchen were nice and well-maintained. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was just a short walk away from the old town, and there were many other attractions nearby to visit outside of the main tourist area.
All was excellent.
